You’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out where you fit, adapting, overthinking, and searching for the “right” way to exist in relationships, your body, and the world. Maybe you’ve found yourself questioning your identity, your needs, or whether you’re allowed to want something different than what you were taught to want. You may feel stuck between honoring yourself and keeping the peace, between choosing your own path and worrying about how others will respond. Over time, this can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by anxiety, and unsure how to trust your own instincts. You want to feel more at home in who you are, make choices with confidence, and build relationships where you can show up as your full, authentic self.

Hi, I’m Bailey (they/she/he), a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and relational sex therapist offering virtual therapy throughout Washington and Oregon, with limited in-person sessions in Seattle, Washington. I specialize in working with queer and trans folks, couples, neurodivergent clients, trauma survivors, and individuals exploring identity, intimacy, and relationship structures that feel aligned with who they truly are. My approach is body-based, collaborative, and deeply affirming, integrating EMDR, somatic practices, polyvagal theory, and consent-based frameworks to help you better understand yourself, navigate triggers, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that once helped you survive, develop trust in your own wisdom, and create more space to respond from your values rather than react from fear.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone different, it’s about creating enough safety and understanding within yourself to become more fully who you already are. You deserve relationships where you don’t have to shrink, a body you can feel connected to, and a life that reflects your values. Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating relationship transitions, healing from trauma, or simply longing to feel more like yourself, I’m here to help you move toward greater self-trust, authenticity, and connection.
