You’ve probably spent a lot of time wondering why connection feels harder than it should. Maybe you love your partner but keep having the same arguments, feel disconnected from your desire, struggle to communicate your needs, or carry the fear that something about you is “too much,” “not enough,” or somehow broken. You want more than just getting by. You want deeper intimacy, more understanding, and relationships where you feel safe being fully yourself.
Hi, I’m Austin (she/her), a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist offering virtual therapy throughout Washington and Hawaii, with in-person sessions available in Seattle, Washington. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, desire, sexuality, communication, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, helping clients understand the patterns that shape their relationships while building practical tools for deeper connection, confidence, and authenticity.
Therapy with me is a space where we can talk openly about the things that are often difficult to name; desire, sex, conflict, boundaries, identity, and the ways our past experiences influence how we connect. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, strengthen communication, and create new ways of relating that feel aligned with who you are and what you value. Whether you’re working through desire differences, healing from sexual trauma, exploring your sexuality, navigating aging and intimacy, or simply wanting a more connected relationship with yourself and others, I’m here to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in real-life change. I integrate Attachment Theory, the Developmental Model, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, psychodynamic approaches, and EMDRto help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their experiences. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I work to create a space where clients feel safe showing up honestly while also being supported in trying new ways of communicating, connecting, and relating. I often provide reflections, practical tools, and opportunities to continue exploring outside of session so that the work we do together extends into everyday life.

Outside the therapy room, I'm endlessly curious about how people connect; with themselves, with one another, and with the stories that shape their lives.
I love helping clients discover that what often feels isolating is actually deeply human. Whether we're talking about intimacy, aging, communication, or relationships, I believe honest conversations can open the door to lasting change.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER IS LIKE
Working together means creating a space where you can explore your relationships, sexuality, and sense of self with curiosity, honesty, and compassion. My approach is collaborative and personalized. I won’t tell you what your relationship or intimacy “should” look like, but I will help you understand your patterns, identify what matters most to you, and build skills to create the connection you’re looking for. You can expect warmth, openness, and gentle challenges as we move beyond simply understanding the problem and toward creating real-life change.
Your Healing Journey Starts Here.
Growth is possible, and you don't have to figure it out on your own. Together, we can help you build healthier relationships, deepen intimacy, and create lasting change.
